Please understand and strictly adhere to the following precautions when using our rental bicycles. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in order to ensure your safety.

◆Regarding Accidents, etc. Forest Villa Yamanakako assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by users due to accidents, theft, etc., caused by third parties that occur during their stay. If a user is involved in an accident during their stay, they must promptly take the legally required measures, such as reporting it to the police station, and also report the date, time, location, cause, and circumstances of the accident to Forest Villa Yamanakako.

◆Regarding bicycle malfunctions, etc.

If the bicycle breaks down during use, please bring it back to the rental location. In the event of a bicycle malfunction caused by the user or damage due to intentional actions, the user may be required to compensate for the damage.

◆Regarding bicycle theft and loss

Bicycle Theft/Loss: If your bicycle is stolen or lost while you are using it, please contact Forest Villa Yamanakako immediately. If the theft or loss is due to circumstances attributable to the user, such as leaving the bicycle unlocked, or if gross negligence on the user's part is found, the user may be required to compensate for the loss or damage.
If you leave your bicycle unattended during your rental period, be sure to lock it with the lock [PIN code: 000 or 0000].

◆Prohibited acts

1. Driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and other acts that violate traffic laws.

2. Use in hazardous or inappropriate locations

3. Parking in areas where bicycle parking is prohibited, and in places that obstruct the passage of pedestrians or cyclists.

4. Modifications or alterations to the bicycle or its accessories.

5. If you notice any abnormality with the bicycle (such as a flat tire) while riding, you must not continue riding.
